Delia is at the Shop babysitting Teddy. Teddy picks up an antque plate. Delia: No Teddy.. Put that down.He Drops the plate and it brakes into a million pieces.Teddy starts to cry.Delia: Don't worry about it I will clean it up.Wile she is getting the broom she hears the sound of sirens getting closer. Delia looks out out the window and Teddy yells its mommy. He dose that everytime he see's a police car. Ned then walks in.Ned: Mom whats going on. Why are all the cops at Java Village?He picks up Teddy.Ned: Hey there little man. Teddy: Hi Neddy. Delia: I am not sure I have been here all day.

Delia was putting away invatory and and ned was in the back putting down Teddy for a nap. When a man with a red hooded sweat shirt walks in the antique shop. He pulls out a 35 mag and points it at Delia. Hooded men: Be quiet and get down on the floor. Ned hears the comotion and walks in the the gun man points the gun at him. Hooded man: Get on the floor if you ever want to see your 18th birthday.

AJ and Gibs stops at the entrance of the shop.AJ: OMG! Teddy was with Ned! We must get them out!Gibs: I calling in for reinforcement!AJ: Great! I'll watching them but first I have to phone Jim. I hope everything's allright with Joy, I don't wanna loose her! She is one of my best friends and of course Mel's sister...of Mel looses her, she won't stand up again from the ground.

Teddy wakes up after hearing the siren and walks into the shop area.Teddy: Neddy whats going on.Ned See's teddy.Ned: Whispers: No get back in there. Teddy: Starts to whine. The gun man hears the boy whining. And walks over. Gun Man: So what have we here. He walks over and picks up TeddyGun Man: Well Well... Whats this.Delia: Yells Put him down don't hurt him. The gun man wile still holding Teddy walks over and hits Delia with the butt of his gun.. Gun Man: I did not say you could talk bitch.Ned Jumps up and jumps on the gun mans back forcing him to drop Teddy. Ned: You hurt my mom. Teddy runs in the back and hides under a table and covers his head and crys. The Gun Man Throws Ned off of him. The Gun Man: So you think your the big hero. The Gun Man picks up his gun and shoots Ned in the leg. Ned grabs his leg and screams

Mean wile out side the officers hear the gun shot. They move closer to the building. Richard picks up the phone and calls the shop. The phone rings 6 times.Gun Man: Hey Bitch answer that phone.Delia Gets up and answers the phone, Delia: Hello, Same as it ever was.Richard could hear the shake in her voice: I am going to ask you yes or no questions. I am Officer Johnson GPD, Are you hurt. Delia: YesRichard: Is there anyone else hurt.Delia: YesRichard: Is you son hurt?Delia: YesRichard: Is Teddy Hurt?Delia: NoRichard : Listen to me, please give the phone to the gunman.Delia Hands the phone to the Gun Man. Delia: He wants to talk to you. The Gun Man takes the phone.Gun Man: Yeah what do you want.Richard: I am Richard Johnson of the Grandview Police Departmen. We don't want anyone to get hurt. Gun Man: Too Late Richard: Well we don't want any one to get killed here not even you so please let the hostages go. Gun Man: What will you give me.Richard: What do you want. What can I call you?Gun Man: Ricky Richard: Ok Ricky, what do you want. Ricky: I want you to go away. Richard: I am sorry but we can't do that with out the hostages. Ricky: I will get back to you.

As Jim and Melinda arrived. They saw AJ beside her car,Jim: Wait here a min I am going to ask AJ how the situation is going. Mel: Ok I will wait here.

Jim: AJ, what do we know?AJ: Oh Jim, well someone got hurt, but we don't know yet who is it. I thik it's could be Delia or Ned, I don't think he has courage to hurt my Teddy.Jim: I hope so.AJ: So how's Joy?Jim: She gotta be okay soon. She as strong as my Melinda. She is out of coma, but needs some rest.Richard gets back to them.Richard: I saw one boy on the ground, his leg is bleeding.Jim: That's Ned, we need to get him out, if he shot Ned in a wrong place he could easily bleed out.

In the Shop Ned is still holding his leg. He is starting to look very pale and is in a cold sweat. Delai walks over to her son. Ricky: What are you doing?Delia: I am trying to help my son. Ricky: Ok but no funny stuff I am watching you. The phone rang agian, This time Ricky answers the phone. Ricky: Hello what do you want?Richard: Ricky this is me Richard agian. We have to get Ned out of there. Will you let me go?Ricky: Only if you send all those cops behind you away. Then I might let him go. You have to put your gun at the door. Richard: That might be hard but I will see what I can do. Ricky: Well hurry because Ned's not looking so good. They both hang up the phone. Richard: Damit

Richard: AJ, he wants me to put my gun at the door and for you and your troops to move out before he will let Ned Go. What do you say?AJ: Do you have a bullet-proof vest under your clothes?Richard: Of course.AJ: Then you can take it to the dooe. We have another plan! Melinda has the keys to the shop's backdoor, we can easily get in, so we can catch him from that situation! We are goong to move the cars to the allys and behind the shop. Richard: Great! I'm going put my gun at the door now!AJ: Don't shoot! *she said to Gibs*Melinda hands over the keys to the backdoor to AJ. Jim wants to go in first to save Ned's life.Melinda: No Jim! You can't go in! I don't want you to see him again dead! I nearly lost Joy tonight I won't survive it if I loose you again! *tears flowing from her eyes, and Jim stops*Jim: Okay, I'll stay with you. But why don't you go back and see Sara again? She sure need you now! Everything will be fine here!Melinda: Ok, but promise me, you won't go in when I leave!Jim: I swear I won't go in honey!

After Melinda has left Jim looks at RichardJim: Ok lets do thisRichard: But you just promised Melinda you would not go in there. Jim: I had my fingers crossed I didn't want Melinda to worry. Richard: Ok but I hate to be in your shoes when she finds out. Jim laughs and then runs to the back door. Richard puts his head down and shakes it back and forth. Then takes his gun and puts it at the door, And the police move out of site makeing Ricky think they are gone when they are just in the allys and behind the building. Richard then picks up the phone and calls Ricky agian.Richard: Ok Ricky we have met your demans, You can now let Ned Go. Ricky: I am going to get the gun from the door now. Ricky walks over to the door and opens it a crack and pulls in the gun. Ricky: Ok I am going to shove Ned out the Door. But if anyone comes in or around he is dead. At the back door Jim puts the key in the lock and starts to open is slowly. Teddy sees him and runs to Jim. Jim puts his finger to his lips to tell Teddy to be quiet. Jim picks him up and passes him to AJ. Then Richard runs to the back wile still on the phone with Ricky and he waves to Jim to come with him. Richard: Ok Ricky Please place Ned out side and we will get him and call the ambulace. Ricky: OK BUT ONLY IF ANY COPS COME BACK AROUND I WILL SHOOT YOU!!!!!!!
And then Ricky hangs up the phone. Wile he is moving Ned. AJ and Gibs slip in the back door. 		Jimel1981
Richard Walks over to the door to check on Ned and then, Jim runs up to help him. They check Neds pulse and other vitals. Ned: What about my mom, You have to get her out of there she is all I have. Jim: Don't worry The Sherrif and Sargent Gibs sliped in the back while Ricy was putting you out side.Richard: Really man that woman has some brass balls. Jim: Laughs well thats my cousin for ya. The ambulance arrives and they help the EMT's put ned in the ambulance. Jim: Richard do you still need me.
Richard: No go a head you can ride to the hospital with Ned.Jim: Thanks but keep me updated on whats happening. Jim clims in the back of the ambulance and it drives away.		 Jimel1981
Melinda and Joy arrives back to the Shop. They find Richard outside beside a police car.Melinda: Richard, what's going on? And where's my Jim?Richard: Oh, Melinda, well...Joy: So?Richard: So, he has gone to the Hospital...Melinda: Oh my god, I told him not to go in!!Richard: Oh no, he went with Ned.Joy: Thanks God, I thought he got hurt or something.
Richard: No, but AJ and Gibs still coming from the back.Joy: Hey, let me in, I have no gun, and I'm pro in these situations.Melinda: No Sis, you won't go in! Just across my dead body! *she stands front of Joy*Joy: Don't say that Mel, coz I'll go in. I know one thing, this guy is not our guy!Richard: Really? Ricky jumps up with the gun. Ricky: What the hell!!! Now she dies!Ricky points the gun right at delia.Joy: Ricky its just me the one you shot, you don't want to do this we know it was an accident that you really didn't mean to shoot me. Ricky: Why won't you people just leave me alone. One mistake and you damn cops are always out to get me. I am only 16 but I feel like I have been running from you people all my life. Joy: Ok now put that gun down you don't want to go to prison for murder, Right now your crimes are not that serous, Shooting me was an accident but you will still go to jail for shooting ned and for the warrent out for steeling your mothers car, I tell you what you let Delia go and come with me and I will do everthiung i can possible do to get you tried as a minor. Ricky drops the slowly on the ground with tears flowing down his face. Delia walks out of the building and runs to Melinda and hugs her and starts crying uncontrobly. AJ walks to the main room and handcuffs Ricky and AJ and Joy walk outside with Ricky In front of them. AJ: Don't shoot.

Joy lets AJ to bring Ricky to the P.D. and she goes to Mel and Delia.Delia: Oh, thanks Joy! You saved our life!Joy: You don't have to thank it. He is not our guy, he just made a small mistake and he just made a mountain out of a molehill.Melinda: Yes, but now Delia, you have to go in to see Ned. Jim called me and we'll meet at home, but Ned is in the surgery room.Delia: Okay, so guys, thank you again, and see you later.Joy: Keep us updated on Ned's status.Delia: Sure. *she leaves*Joy looks at her sister.Melinda: What?Joy: I have to call out one of my guys to examine the Crime Scene, I know we know exactly what happened, but we have to prove everything at the court.Thomas Sanders arrives to the shop when Joy pulls out her cell phone.Sanders: Hey Sara! *she turns to him*Joy: Oh, hey Tom, what are you doing here?Sanders gives a kiss to Joy. Melinda looks at them curious.

As AJ and the other officers leave, Joy and Sanders walk to Joy's Car.Joy: I will meet you at the lab we can discuss the results there.

Joy walks back to her sister.Melinda: Wow Sis, who is he?Joy smileys: My boyfriend.Melinda: Why didn't you tell me?Joy: I forget it, sorry I was just too busy with this Sam/Jim and this serial killer thing.Melinda: Ok, don't worry, I'm glad you happy!Joy: I'm glad you get back Jim.Melinda: Yeah, hey as you mention it, where's my Jim?

Next day around 9am Mel and Jim arrives to the shop. Mel opens it and they go in.Jim: What a big mess?Melinda: See, I told you. We can't open till it is so dirty.Jim: Yep, then let's do it. They starting to clean up. The Stranger parks down his car before the shop.Stranger: Damn, this Jim never leaves?? *he sits there for an hour, and suddenly Jim leaves for a coffee and Melinda is now alone.

The strager gets his gear. He see's his gun. Stranger: No thats too easy. He then finds his knife. Stranger: Perfact, After I kill you I will carve Joy's name on her back. He starts to walk to the shop and as soon as he gets across the street he see's Jim walking back to the show with 2 coffees. Stranger: Man I am starting to really hate that guy. Am I going to have to kill him too. Jim see's the stranger and nods his head. Under his breath the Stranger says, "Don't look at me." Then he walks back to his car and takes off.

Jim looks strange at the guy first, then walks back to the shop. Jim: Hey, there're lots of strangers in the city, kind of tourists maybe...Melinda: That's great for the shop and for us.Jim gives Mel her coffee.Melinda: Thanks.*she smileys* I'm nearly done with the clean up. We can open about an hour.Jim: That's great. You know what? This stranger looked really strange. He wore black clothes, and boots, but come on it's July, who the hell want to wear black clothes and boots??Melinda looks at him curious: Maybe this guy is the other ghost whisperer?Jim: Well, then he has to learn from you.Melinda: Thanks honey, but now concentrate on the guy. Did you see where he went?Jim: No, but I guess if he really the other whisperer, he could go to the forest, as you said there are loads of ghosts.

Jim: Will you be ok, I want to go check on ned and stop at the dinner and try to sneek him in a sandwitch, I remember that stuff they give you to eat there its is terible.Melinda: Sure, Tell him to feel better for me and I will come by after work to see him. Jim: Sure thing. I love you.

It took Melinda about a half an hour till she could open. She went to sit down for a little break when her phone went off.Melinda: Gordon.AJ: Hey, it's me AJ.Melinda: Hey AJ, what's up?AJ: Did you see Joy? We need her to identify the suspect's draw.Melinda: I spoke with her about a half an hour ago, I think she might went to the forest.AJ: To the forest?? Why?Melinda: We have a guy, a stranger, Jim saw him, he wore black clothes and boots. And it was strange for him to how someone can wear black clothes and boots in July.AJ: Yeah, that's strange.Melinda: Jim went to the Hospital to see Ned, and I asked Joy to go out to the forest, because he might went there.AJ: Then that she is not answering her phone could be because of there's not so many fieldstrenght.Melinda: Yep, that could be.AJ: Okay, thanks Mel. I think I'm gonna trace down her cellphone. There's a GPS in it.
